How to Increase Internal Memory Of Your Phone
Hello guys!Today I will show you how to increase internal memory of your phone. The older android phones come with very less internal storage like 100-400 MB and you cannot install more than two or three apps on your phone. To install a new app you have to uninstall previous app.But by following my instruction you can increase your internal memory and install as many apps you want.I have tested it on my samsung galaxy fit.We would first partition the SD card and then link that partition to your internal storage by an app called link2sd.There are two alternate methods by which you can partition your SD card. You will need a minimum of 2GB SD card of at least class 4.You can check the class of your SD card as it will be written in a circle on your SD card. Follow all the instructions clearly as one wrong step will cause damage to your phone.I will try me best to explain it to you.
2.You must backup all your SD card data to you pc as this will format your SD card.
3.You must charge your phone at least 85% to avoid any interruption.
STEP 1: Enter your phone into CWM recovery.By doing so press the appropriate key combination. You can check online the appropriate key combination of your phone to enter into CWM recovery.
.
STEP 2: As you know touch won't work in CWM recovery.Use volume up and volume down key for navigation and power or home button for selection.
STEP 3: Now,navigate to advance option and select it.You will see partition SD card option in it.Select that option.
STEP 4: Now select the ext size(it is the size that you want as your internal storage). In my case I have select 1024M(1GB) as ext size.
STEP 5: Now select swap size as 0M. As you select it.It will partition your SD card.Wait for some minutes.
STEP 6: When the partition is done go back to main screen of CWM recovery and select reboot system now. Now your phone will reboot.
It is more better method from CWM.
